Separate room, excellent communication, good food, very happy. Found it difficult to sleep though.

I have had nobody advise me on how everything went! I was also in for the same op on 29/5/14 - and have felt this time that the nursing call has definately improved. Last time I was very disappointed.

Staff were friendly. Sometimes you could be waiting a while for someone/ medication.

staff were lovely and frienldy It was very difficult to my and rest because of very noisy paitents. closing the door did not help I was in room 9 with no TV it is a long day with no amusement and few visits

I was supported quickly when needed. I was given medication promptly when needed. Staff were friendly and helpful and supportive. Some cleaners were loud, slamming bins closed and knocking into things. This woke mine and other babies. This should be addressed.
